1.       Adopt the mode of multi-machine co-extrusion, silicon core layer is synchronizely embedded in the pipe. It will be lubricated and not be stripped forever.
2.       The friction coefficient of the inner wall is very small. Optical cable (electric cable) can be repeatedly extracted and tensioned in the pipe. Trough using cable blowing machine, one time blowing length can be 1000 to 2000 meter under normal conditions.

Enlargement construction
If the optical cable required enlargement, man well in every 100m should be opened. Traction will be conducted section by section. Time and effort will be wasted in the construction.
Open hand hole in every 1000m. Use blowing machine to blow in the optical cable or blow out the old optical cable. Time and effort will be saved in the construction.
Afterwards leasing and commercial value
Sub-pipes should be placed in the empty pipe, and then the cable should be drawn. Time and effort will be wasted in the construction. Workload of afterwards maintenance will be large. Its commercial values in leasing or selling will be affected.

? The Notify of Ordering
 
1.      We have many specification silicon core pipes for customers’ selection.
2.      Pipe Diameter:
Pipe diameter decided by the outer diameter of cables. Usually, the referring parameter according to the rate between inner diameter (ID) of silicon core pipes and outer diameter (OD) of cables, the parameter will be the best in the range 2—2.3, it will lay longer pipes when select blowing method. The common silicon core pipe is (OD/ID): 40/33, 50/42, 32/26. We can refer the following table for select appropriate pipes:

Blowing machines can connect silicon core pipe from OD 25mm to 63mm. The machine con not work if the OD exceed this range, but can adopt other method (such as traction method) to install cables.
 
The rate of silicon core pipes’ ID and OD will influence the blowing length directly. According to the experience from Europe and America, the silicon core pipe of 40/33 is the most popular, its strength, blowing length and efficiency can get to the best condition. We will select ID=42mm or big pipes only when the cable diameter bigger than 18mm and heavy copper core cable. It is worth to notice that many reasons effect affect the blowing length, the most important is diameter of silicon core pipe, weight of cable, outer material of cable and hardness, second including air pressure, air current, terrain and so on. Usually, the blowing length can get to 1000—2000m per time. So, many reasons affect the blowing length, it is necessary that customers let us know the OD of cables, weight per meter, outer material and general route. (It will be better if we can get a 50cm sample). We can input related data to special computer system, through accurate analysis, then recommend appropriate sizes to customers. From practice and theory, the blowing length is not ideal when OD bigger than 36mm and heavier than 1.5kg/meter, only 500m per time.
 
3.      Thickness
It will have more outstanding performance of corrosion resistance when the silicon core pipe thicker and stronger. But if the pipe wall is too thick, it will affect the curving, and difficult to construction, the cost will higher.
The thickness of silicon core pipe from 2mm to 6mm. We can make special wall thickness according to customers’ requirement. Common thickness is 3.0mm, 3.5mm, 4.0mm.
 
4.      Length:
Order and plate length requirement should confirm according to actual engineering and man well space.
When lay silicon core pipes, it will have some nature curving, so the actual length of pipes should longer 0.4—0.7% than ground. If we neglect the above notice, it will cause to add the quantity of short sections and fittings.
At president, the standard length of Φ50/42 silicon core pipe is 1500m/plate, the length of Φ40/33 is 2000m/plate, the length of Φ32/26 is 3000m/plate. If customers have special requirement, we can make it under then condition of convenient transportation and construction.
 
5.      Color:
Customers can select any pure color, or inlay longitudinal strip in some pure color pipes. According to many customers comment and actually using indicate that: the longitudinal strip silicon core pipe is most popular, and more economy.
 
6.      Packing:
Our pipes have unwrapped packing and plate packing. The plate packing is convenient to load and unload, easy to construction.
 
? Products Loading and Unlaoding, Transport, Storage
1. Transport:
 
To prevent the bracket of silicon core pipes tumble in carriage, the most effective mathod is put sandbags under bracket. It need fill up sponge or straw bag under the binding spot if the pipes no bracket, do not tighten pipes in ropes. Bind pipes in wires is not permitted.
 
2. Loading and Unloading
User can select forklift or crane when load and unload no-bracket silicon core pipes. It is necessay to use arc boards or straw bags, sponges, flaxes packed forks, do not use steel wire bind pipes directly when loading and unloading.
User can select gangplanks, forklift and crane load or unload silicon core pipes that packed in bracket.
Strictly prohibit push silicon core pipes from carriage or altitude.
 
3. Storage
To prevent rainwater, sand, dust, sundries enter pipes, it is integrant to make sure the plugs in good condition. Keep away from fire sources. Set up striking marks of forbiding fire at depositary.
 
 
Selection of Routing Location
1.      Expressway
Normally select the center of expressway central partition. If necessary, select the location between drainages ditch under the shoulder or roadbed and partition. In special situations, it can be poured in concrete percussion wall in short distances.
2.      Highway
Normally select the side ditch or shoulder. If the highway will be widened, straightened, or rerouted, select 15m beyond the planned red line.
3.      City Streets
Normally select pavement, non-motor lane or greenbelts. If necessary, select the side of the motor lane.
4.      Common Areas
Areas with flat ground: slopes hard for soil borrowing or collapse, subside, landslide.
5.      Along the Railway Line
Normally select the location 5m beyond the roadbed the railway. If railway departments have special requirements, it should be selected according to the regulations of related design departments.
 
Excavation of the Groove and Buried Depth
1.       General Regulation
The groove should be smooth and straight as far as possible. The groove bottom should be free of of hard ridges and extruded pointed stones and bricks.
 
Design width of the groove bottom should be dtermined according to the arrangement width of the silicon core pipes. Generally, the width should be about 10cm wider than the arrangement width.
 
To facilitate the operators to arrange the silicon core pipes in the groove, the minimum width of the groove bottom should not be less than 30cm.
 
During laying silicon core pipes in expressway partition, the design of buried depth and arrangement width of silicon core pipe should consider the infuences of the installation of percussion guardrail to the silicon core pipes.

? Laying of Silicon Core Pipes
1.      Re-measureing of routing
Before laying and installation, read the design documents in detail, and familiar with drawings. According to the design, re-measure the routing of the silicon core pipes which need to be laid. Verify the length of the ground, the positions of various barrier points in the routing, the accepting and sending positions of silicon core pipes, the positions of man hose (hand hole) and distance, etc.
 
According to design and re-measured data, the joints of silicon core pipes should not drop into water pools, river beaches, under roadbeds of railway and highway, and other not suitable place.
 
?     Select the storing place for silicon core pipes.
?     Determine the construction scheme and related protective measures.
 
2.      Pipe-disk overhead
During erection, firstly place the pipe-disk on special bracket and overhead it. Before mounting in the bracket, the taking out direction of silicon core pipes should be considered (open ditch laying should be taken out from below, and blind ditch laying is shown in the following figure) to prevent hard laying in the ditch due to inverse bending.
Note: silicon core pipes without disk package should be installed on movable disk bracket, and then the laying can be conducted.
 
3.      Open ditch laying
Fix the bracket with pipe-disk on initial ground or stopped moving trailer. Draw out the external end of the silicon core pipe from the pipe-disk. Pull its end and walk straightly along the groove direction (to prevent the silicon core pipes from wearing while moving on the ground, add one person in every 30m to lift the silicon core pipes). After the whole disk of pipes is released, straightly place the silicon core pipes in the groove.
 
4.      Sub-pipe will be placed in other pipes with large diameter. In this case, silicon core pipes should be drawn out from above the shaft disk, and enter the pipes in correct direction, as shown in the following figure.
If many silicon core pipes are placed in one pipe with large diameter, they should be entered at the same time, and traction cable traction net should be used.
 
5.      Hanger on the bridge
50×5 flat iron can be used to manufacture U shape frame. Places in every 2m should be fixe on the bridges or percussion wall by expansion bolt. All silicon core pipes should be protected by steel pipes (that is insert the silicon core pipes in steel pipes). Detailed method will be determined by the design.
                                                       
6.      Laying of plowing plow
This laying method can be applied in long distance, flat ground and relatively soft sol areas (expect the paddy ground and flowing sand ground). Excavation, pipe laying and backfilling can be finished in one time by using this method. Thus time and labor will be saved. Because special laying machines will be used in this method, so detailed introductions will not be introduced here.
 
7.      Arrangement of the silicon core pipe
After placed in the groove, the silicon core pipes should be arranged in order and straightness. Slightly curve of the silicon core pipes in the groove will adversely affect the cable blowing.
